Nicole DerMarderosian is a Growth Development Analyst at MILL5 who helps technology and business leaders turn business and techincal goals into a clear plan of action. In her work, she starts by understanding the strategic and technical challenges in front of each organization, then helps connect those priorities to the right MILL5 capabilities across software development, AI/ML, data and analytics, cloud, and managed services. Drawing on a management-consulting background, she frames each engagement around the outcomes a client is trying to achieve, so leaders can quickly evaluate where MILL5 fits and what measurable value a partnership can deliver.

Nicole pairs analytical rigor with strong client-facing communication, and she’s at her best translating complex requirements into a focused recommendation and matching each client with the specific MILL5 teams, resources, and solutions suited to their objectives. Her involvement doesn’t end once an engagement begins: as clients move forward with MILL5, Nicole continues on as their account manager, acting as a steady, strategic partner who keeps work aligned to their evolving goals, anticipates new opportunities to add value, and maintains a high standard of communication and satisfaction across the life of the relationship.

A Rhode Island native, Nicole is completing a dual-degree program at Roger Williams University’s Gabelli School of Business, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management & International Business Cum Laude, along with her MBA through the school’s accelerated 4+1 track. Her academic and consulting work spans strategic management, corporate finance, data analytics, and international market-entry strategy, giving her a global, business-minded perspective she brings to every client conversation.
