Business Development Manager

Berto De Benedictis, MS is a Business Development & Account Manager at MILL5, where he leverages nearly two decades of expertise in technology consulting and software development to drive strategic growth and expand client relationships. He specializes in digital transformation initiatives, software services, and positioning complex technology offerings across multiple industries, consistently shaping opportunities and closing high-impact deals.

Before joining MILL5, Berto held key business development roles at SAP Signavio, Cognizant, and Capgemini, where he led market analysis, account planning, and consultative sales motions for enterprise clients. His experience includes building and scaling BDR teams, securing Fortune 500 accounts, and transitioning organizations from inbound to outbound sales models—all while serving as a trusted advisor to clients navigating business and digital challenges.

Originally from Italy, Berto holds both MS and BS degrees in Business and Economics from Universita’ degli Studi “G. D’Annunzio” in Pescara and has completed extensive professional training in sales methodologies, digital transformation, and software development. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching soccer, practicing martial arts, and acting. He is passionate about family, technology, and film, and remains active in his community through volunteering in local soup kitchens. Berto resides in Woburn, Massachusetts, with his family.
