Growth Development Analyst

Ava Iannessa is a Growth Development Analyst at MILL5, and often one of the first people technology leaders meet when they begin exploring a partnership with MILL5. Working with CTOs, CIOs, CDAOs, CAIOs, and other decision-makers, she invests time up front to learn how each organization operates and where its most pressing technical and business priorities lie, then helps align those goals with the right MILL5 capabilities across software development, AI/ML, data and analytics, cloud, and managed services. She grounds every conversation in research and a clear read of the problem at hand, so leaders can quickly see exactly where MILL5 can move the needle.

Ava brings a data-driven, marketing-minded perspective shaped by hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer campaigns, digital operations, and performance analytics. She’s adept at using modern, AI-enabled research and outreach tools to surface insight, tailor each interaction, and match clients with the MILL5 teams and solutions best suited to their objectives. That relationship carries well beyond the first conversation: once clients come on board, Ava becomes their account manager – a dependable partner who tracks progress against their goals, looks for new ways MILL5 can add value, and keeps communication clear and responsive at every stage.

Originally from New England, Ava earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology, from New York University, where she made the Dean’s List and studied abroad in Madrid. Outside of work, she is an avid sports fan and loyal Red Sox supporter who enjoys softball and ice hockey, and is always up for travel, a good podcast, or a classic sitcom.
