Chief Operating Officer of Latin America

Geraldine Giraldo Sheinfell is the Chief Operating Officer, Latin America at MILL5. Since joining the company in 2019, she has advanced into this leadership role where she oversees operations, supports team growth, and helps manage MILL5’s expanding presence in Latin America. In addition to her operational oversight, Geraldine draws on her technical background to provide guidance and leadership across our engineering teams

With many years of experience as a front-end developer working with .NET technologies, Geraldine combines her development expertise with operational skill to bridge the gap between technical delivery and organizational growth. Her holistic understanding of both development and operations enables her to support teams effectively, streamline processes, and contribute to the company’s success across borders.

Geraldine holds an Associate Degree in 3D Animation from SENA and is currently enrolled in a Financial Diplomat program at Universidad de Los Andes. Outside of work, she remains passionate about technology, continuous learning, and leveraging her skills to help build vibrant, effective teams across Latin America.
